Join a great group of pilots for the weekly fun-fly every Sunday from 9:00 AM to Noon.  There is usually a luncheon afterwards at Tacos Locos on Allen Creek Road.

Electric models only on the school property.

Plenty of parking available in the school parking lot and there are also electrical outlets for chargers.

Google map to the school location:

When are you actually going to show out there john?  Also as per a few of the city PD and locals around the area (me being one of them) nitro's are allowed to an extent.  Although I don't have any myself but Peterson has flown his 600 a few times out there on saturday without issue.

Caleb - Our agreement with the school principal (I've met her) does not allow the use of nitro.  That doesn't mean that someone couldn't do it and maybe even get away with it.  The problem is that if someone complained or reported it, we'd probably get kicked out of there.  We've had a good thing going there for quite a while now.  I'd sure hate to mess it up.

Miss Patrice is a very nice lady and I have spoken with her as well, It 's to bad she was not the principal when I attended there many years ago I might have gotten along with her back then to!  ;)  Nitro just gets a very bad name at times and I really dislike it, John (gps) at times is a large promoter of no-nitro, sorry GPS it's true and I do not agree with it.  There have been many Saturdays that we use the basketball court (mind you it's been a while) to run our nitro 1/8th sprint cars, and all the kids love watching them because of the sound and action.  I myself will not run Nitro anything on Sundays with you folks so as not to cause turmoil(plus all my vehicles that fly are electric  8) ), just wanted to make a clear point.  Think of it this way, what would LeMans racing be without the noise of those beautiful v8 engines singing at 16K+ rpm?  Yes people are trying to stop that to.  In summary I just hate it when people just throw any fuel powered vehicles out the window when they have NO IDEA what they do and what bearing they have on the place being used.  Sorry was only trying to make a point in a thread that really has no bearing on the subject.
