    I did not know where to post this, but since it begins as a helicopter on takeoff......

    So they have to stop the blades perpendicular to the fuselage and rotate one of the blades 180 degrees so the airfoil is able to be a wing.  What could go wrong with that?  Not to mention that they still need a swash plate for it to fly as a helicopter.
